intense. This show was inspired by creator Micheal Crichton's experiences
as a medical student in a hospital emergency room. Be prepared for a roller
coaster of emotions as ER tackles many social issues such as welfare, morality,

DVD Review
A highly popular, well-reviewed and influential ensemble drama, "E.R." still
stands as one of (few) remaining quality television programs on-air as it nearly
reaches its tenth year. The show was created by author Michael Crichton,
who graduated from Harvard Medical School and spent time at Massachusetts General Hospital.

DVD Talk
In its second season (1995-96), ER hit its stride with consistently good episodes.
The show is more confident, more daring, and better produced. Two relatively new characters
make the show better than it already is.
Stuart Galbraith IV
Movie Freak
ER has had many successful and riveting seasons throughout its 11-year span, this third season is one of the best. Considering the amount of awards and accolades this show has garnered, this is really saying something.

Need Coffe
This is the show that galvanized viewers across America when it first hit back in 1994--for
good reason. Those long-time readers know that I don't have the luxury of watching a lot of
television--but I do remember catching some episodes of this thing when it debuted--and it was
some dynamite.

In its fourth season, ER had its strongest cast yet. Sherry Stringfield was missed, but British surgeon Elizabeth Korday (Alex Kingston) makes her debut, and Noah Wylie (John Carter) and Maria Bello (Anna Del Amico) made significant strides forward.
