So You Think You Can Dance TV Show is a spin off of American Idol and has been able to gain it's own identity
and success. The second season really brought the show to the top of the Summer's rating with Benji's star performances.
The show follows the American Idol format and starts off with several auditions which eventually lead to 20 finalists.
After a while the judges turn the voting over to America, who choose the winner by telephone and text voting.

I haven't had cable since 1992, so that hasn't been an issue. I'm glad to know I will be able to block out programs should I ever choose to get it.
